VAT and Shipping

VAT & Customs

United Kingdom purchases ONLY will have 20% VAT added to an order at the point of checkout. Porter & Davies are not responsible for any additional import fees / taxes that may be imposed in any particular country by Customs, or on the behalf of Customs through the shipping company. This applies to all EU countries post-Brexit, as well as all non-UK countries worldwide.

Credit Cards and Bank Transfers

We accept all major credit cards via our secure online payment portal as provided by Worldpay. If you would like to pay via bank transfer please choose this option at checkout. In all cases once we have received your payment and the funds have cleared, we will process and dispatch your order.

Currencies

We only accept British Pounds Sterling (GBP), however, we will advise using the rate of the day what your order total equates to in your local currency.

Delivery Time Scale

Depending where in the world we are dispatching to, delivery can take between 1 – 10 days for more remote areas.

Returns and Refunds

You can purchase from Porter & Davies with complete confidence. As standard we offer a 10 day money back guarantee should you not be happy with your purchase for any reason. Our money back guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. Should you wish to return the product under our money back guarantee, you should:

• Notify us within 10 days of receipt that you wish to return your purchase
• It must be ‘as new’ condition
• Securely packaged in its original packaging.
• Please note that any shipping costs are non-refundable for any Returns.

Goods Damaged in Transit

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged in transit, please inform us as soon as possible and include a photo of the damage.

Worldwide Extended Warranty

In addition to our money back guarantee, all our products carry a two year limited warranty. Should a manufacturing fault develop within two years, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. We will then repair the item and return it to you in the quickest possible time. Should it be that the item cannot be repaired, then we will offer a replacement.
